My store is run, maintained, and stocked by only me, and therefore it may take a while to get all orders out! I do my best to drop orders off at the post office at least once a week. (Packing times may be longer if I am managing a higher influx of orders than usual). Once a parcel has been accepted and scanned by USPS, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. During the holidays, please allow one extra week for your order.

I want you to be overjoyed with your order! That being said, all sales are final and returns are assessed on a case to case basis. Lost or stolen packages, damage during transit, or other mishandling of your package due to post office error, are all beyond my control. Please first contact your local post office or carrier for assistance. 

If your package arrives damaged, your items received don't match your order receipt, or you believe your order is missing and your mail carrier is unable to assist, please email ethomasdsn@gmail.com.
